What’s Black and White and Cute All Over?

Pandas! Pandas! This might have been one of the best moments of the trip yet.

We were so blessed to spend some time at the Bisheng Gorge Panda Sanctuary. It was a 2 hour drive out of Chengdu, but well worth it. We weren’t sure if we’d actually be able to play with the pandas, but it turns out that we were! I put the photos in a slideshow- as the photos are a bit larger, enjoy! They keep getting cooler as you go through the pictures, so hold out until the end- it’s worth it.

    1. Hi there! This was certainly one of those experiences! We were unsure if we should go for it, but we are so glad we did, and the pictures are worth a million words! xo

  1. I have been to the panda exhibit at the National Zoo many times and what I would give to spend a day here. What an experience to balance out some of the lesser freedoms! Love the family picture on the side bar in the traditional garb – so bright and vibrant.

    Safe travels.

  2. Is there a possible new playmate for Boo in the future? These are wonderful pictures! Thank you for sharing them. I’m going to spray-paint Ebbie’s ears and legs black and tell my neighbor’s kids she’s a panda! Seriously though, these are some of the best pictures you’ve shared from the trip (just my opinion).
